Maternity Leave Updates

Hey y’all! As many of you already know, our newest addition will be here soon, which will lead to some temporary changes at the pottery shop.

As of now, I am not planning on taking maternity leave until I go into labor, so I do not have a specific start and stop date. Once I do start maternity leave, the shop will be closed for at least one week, then we will reopen with temporary shortened hours:
Tuesday: 10-2
Wednesday 10-4
Thursday 10-5
Friday 10-5
Saturday 11-4
Sunday-Monday: closed
Keep an eye out on our Facebook Page and Instagram (Jacques’ Pottery Shop) for the big announcement!

Classes
While I am away, my mom, Lorinda Roberie will be running the shop and hosting a variety of classes.
Pottery Wheel Classes are on a temporary hiatus until I get back, but you can join the waitlist by texting “Waitlist” and your name and phone number to (337)240-6104.

Follow-up Painting classes, Paint-Your-Own Pottery Classes, and Jewelry classes will still be available by appointment. To book any of these classes during my maternity leave, text me at (337) 240-6104 and let me know which class you’d like to book, dates and times that work with your schedule, and your name and contact information; or call Lorinda at (337) 452-9018 during business hours to book a class. You can also reach us via Facebook and Instagram.

Walk-In Paint-Your-Own Pottery Classes will be available on Thursdays-Fridays from 11am-1pm and 3pm-4pm
Saturdays 11-3
Walk-ins are first come, first served, and classes by appointment will take priority over walk-in classes.

If you have any questions about these class options, please visit the “Classes” tab of our website.

Thank you for your continued support! Mom and I can’t wait to see you at the pottery shop!
